Exchange
We accept exchanges
 
If we sent you the wrong size/color/length 
If the item was damaged 
We can also exchange size / color / length if the item has not yet been posted yet, only
You have one week after receiving the package to notify us if the item has been damaged, it will be imperative to send us photos so that we can see whether or not there has been an error in the order
 
We don’t exchange if 
 

If YOU have chose the wrong size/color/length and we already post the item, we can’t exchange as you need to check the size chart carefully before buying
If after more than 2 weeks after receiving the item you come to tell us that the item is damaged, it will be too late for an exchange

Postage
We are not responsible if the post office lost your packages 
No refund if the post office loses your parcels
We are only responsible for posting parcels and providing you with a receipt that the item has been sent.
 
We will not accept messages/comments of threatened on our photos or  any type of violence on our page. Anyone violating this will be automatically blocked.
 
Refund 
No refund if you don’t like the item, choose the item well before buying
No refund if YOU have chose the wrong size / color / length and want to return the item to us 
No refund if you damaged the item 
No refund if the post office lost your packages
 
We reserve the right to not accept a customer’s money / order if the customer has been disrespectful to us in the past / currently.
