Delivery and return

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the pictures and the size chart of our products on the website.
No return or exchange if YOU have not chose the good size /color
Delivery is made by the post or by home delivery
For home delivery we do with additional fees on certain regions only for the moment.

We accept exchanges

If we sent you the wrong size/color/length
If the item was damaged
We can also exchange size / color / length if the item has not yet been posted yet, only
You have one week after receiving the package to notify us if the item has been damaged, it will be imperative to send us photos so that we can see whether or not there has been an error in the order

Delivery charges

Every charges, for the items that you want to return ‘if the changes of the product is éligibles’ ‘, is at your own charges only
Note too that the order will be check by us when we received it.

Damaged items

At the time of purchase, you have the option to pick up your order at the listed locations for pickup or you may opt for delivery at the address that you fill in as your shipping address.
For Mauritius orders are ship in less that 2 weeks.
For Rodrigues, Réunion Island, Madagascar, France, USA – United States orders will be posted in less that 3 weeks

Please note that due to the ongoing pandemic, the delivery services at the postal office may delay, unfortunately we have no influence on this.
